Full Lot Traceability
Each run is tied to board supplier, mill lot and press date. If a quality question ever arises, we can trace and contain the affected material in hours rather than days.

To deliver packaging that protects every product, presents every brand honestly and arrives on the day promised, supported by testing, traceability and people who pick up the phone.
Who We Are
TechPack in Scandinavia AB is a packaging manufacturer serving brand owners, fulfillment operators and industrial producers across and beyond. We convert corrugated board, paperboard and rigid stock into shipping cartons, retail boxes, inserts and displays, and we print them in-house so artwork, color and finish stay under one quality system. Our structural designers work from your product dimensions, weight and distribution hazards, then validate the result with compression and drop testing. Customers choose us because samples match production, lead times are quoted honestly and every order carries lot-level traceability back to the mill roll.
Since our founding, TechPack in Scandinavia AB has grown by solving packaging problems that catalog suppliers cannot: odd-sized products, automated packing equipment with tight tolerances, and programs that must scale from a pilot run to national distribution. We maintain our own tooling room, finishing department and finished goods warehouse, which lets us offer kitting, consignment inventory and scheduled releases alongside new product development. The result is a supplier that behaves like an extension of your operations team rather than a purchase order destination.

Our Mission
To help customers reduce damage, material waste and handling time by engineering packaging as part of the supply chain instead of treating it as a commodity purchase.
Track Record
Our Advantages
Each run is tied to board supplier, mill lot and press date. If a quality question ever arises, we can trace and contain the affected material in hours rather than days.
Food contact declarations, recycled content statements and chain of custody paperwork are supplied on request, ready for your supplier approval and customer audits.
Printing, die cutting, gluing and finishing happen on our own floor. One quality system means fewer handoffs, faster corrections and artwork that looks the same on every pallet we ship.
A named customer service lead and a production planner own your account. They know your products, your receiving hours and your peak weeks without being reminded.
Digital short runs for pilots and variants, high-speed conversion for volume programs. You are not forced into minimums that fit our machines better than your forecast.
Compression strength, drop performance and fit trials are run on physical samples before production release, so your packaging has proof behind it instead of an optimistic guess.
We take over troubled contracts regularly, starting with a documented condition baseline so expectations are realistic from day one.
Pricing is broken down by line so you can see what drives cost, defend the number internally and plan the next cycle with real figures.
As-builts, manuals, inspection logs and condition reports are delivered as part of close-out, in a format your staff can actually use.
Compliance
Current certificates of insurance and credential documentation are provided with every proposal.
Sectors
We hold the insurance limits and bonding capacity that institutional contracts require.
Client Feedback
Our old supplier sent beautiful samples and inconsistent production. These folks send production that matches the sample, and when something drifts, they flag it before we have to. That reliability is worth more to us than any discount.
They redesigned our shipper in under two weeks and proved it with drop testing. Damage claims fell sharply, and our packers actually prefer the new carton because it assembles in half the time.
The documentation package is what won us over. Every food contact declaration and lot record was ready the day our auditor asked, with no scramble and no excuses.
Send us your product details or a current carton and TechPack in Scandinavia AB will return a structural proposal, a physical sample and a clear delivery schedule.

Every material we run is documented for food contact, recycled content and lot traceability, so your quality team gets the paperwork it needs with every shipment, not after an audit request.
Our Services

Regular slotted containers, die-cut mailers, telescoping boxes and heavy-duty multi-wall cartons built to your product weight and distribution environment. We specify board grade, flute profile and burst or edge crush ratings against real transit hazards, then confirm performance with compression testing so you are not over-buying material or under-protecting product.

Rotary and flatbed dies are produced and maintained in our own tooling room, with wear tracked by impression count and refurbished before quality drifts. Tooling remains documented and stored for you, so a reorder next year starts from the same validated geometry instead of a new learning curve.
Request a Quote
Blanket purchase orders with staged releases, safety stock held in our warehouse and consignment programs at your facility. We forecast with you, monitor usage, and trigger production early enough that a seasonal spike or a promotional launch never leaves your line short of packaging.
Request a Quote
Pre-assembled cartons, multi-component kits, display builds and light contract packing handled in our finishing department. Shipping ready units to your fulfillment center, with labeling and carton marking to your receiving requirements, removes handling steps from your own floor.
Request a Quote
Die-cut corrugated and paperboard inserts, partitions, pads and cushioning systems that immobilize fragile and irregular products without relying on loose fill. Designs are tested against vibration and drop profiles, and we favor curbside-recyclable materials wherever the protection requirement allows it.
Request a Quote
Wrapped rigid setup boxes, magnetic closures, drawer styles and lid-and-base constructions for electronics, cosmetics, apparel and gift programs. Inserts are cut to hold each component securely, and we offer small-batch production so launches and seasonal collections do not require a warehouse of surplus inventory.

Packaging engineers measure your product, review your packing method and produce digital cutting-table samples within days. We iterate on fit, closure and assembly speed, and we document final specifications so every future order, at any volume, matches the approved sample exactly.
Request a Quote
Paperboard cartons for retail shelves and e-commerce unboxing, produced with offset or digital printing, foil, embossing, spot coating and window patches. Our prepress team converts your artwork to a press-ready dieline, supplies a physical white sample for approval, and holds color to agreed tolerances from the first run through every repeat order.
Request a QuoteOur Process
We review your product, packing method, distribution channels and target cost structure, then document the performance requirements the package must meet before anyone draws a dieline.
Structural and graphic design are completed together. You receive a physical sample for fit and handling trials, and every revision is tracked until you sign the approved specification.
Approved jobs move into scheduled production with press checks, in-process inspection and recorded measurements, so color, dimensions and finish stay inside agreed tolerances from first sheet to last.
Finished goods ship on your release schedule or stage in our warehouse. We monitor consumption and propose reorders before safety stock runs low, so supply stays uninterrupted.

Read MoreWe need the product dimensions and weight, how it is packed and shipped, estimated annual volume and any artwork or finish requirements. If you do not have a dieline, send a sample product or drawings and our designers will build the structure and quote against it.
Yes. Digital printing and digital cutting let us produce pilot runs and short-run variants without committing to full tooling. When a product proves out, we convert the approved design to production tooling and move to higher volume without changing the look.
Colors are specified against standards and measured on press with spectrophotometer readings. We keep approved press proofs and ink formulas on file, so repeat orders are held to the same targets even when months pass between runs.
We offer boards with high recycled content, FSC-certified materials, water-based inks and mono-material designs that are easier to recycle. We will also review your current packaging for right-sizing opportunities that reduce material use without compromising protection.
Send us your product details or a current carton and TechPack in Scandinavia AB will return a structural proposal, a physical sample and a clear delivery schedule.

Structural design, die development and press-ready artwork are handled under one roof, which cuts revision cycles and gets a validated sample into your hands before production tooling is committed.
Projects & Case Studies

A machinery parts distributor shipped heavy components in repurposed cartons that failed regularly. We engineered multi-wall shippers with integrated cradles, set up a consignment inventory at its warehouse and cut packaging related claims within the first quarter of use.

A consumer electronics client required premium presentation packaging that also protected delicate components in transit. Our team delivered a magnetic rigid box with die-cut inserts, tested through vibration and drop sequences, and produced in launch-sized batches.

A growing online retailer was losing margin to damaged returns and oversized shipping cartons. We redesigned its core mailer family around real product dimensions, validated the new structures with drop testing and reduced both damage claims and dimensional weight charges across its fulfillment network.

A regional food producer needed shelf-ready cartons with consistent color across multiple flavors and seasonal variants. We built a controlled artwork library, supplied food contact documentation for each material and established a scheduled release program tied to the customer production calendar.
